Store Visit

Customers are welcome to visit our store and try our products first before making an on the spot purchase and collection. Our Malaysia outlet is located at A-3A-06 Emhub Kota Damansara 47810 Petaling Jaya Selangor, details of our store operating hours can be seen here.

**TYR Shoes are only available at our Singapore outlet for in person try out and purchase, details can be seen here.

 

Self-Collection

Orders purchased online maybe self-collected instead, the outlet which has the available stock will be selectable. Once chosen at the check out portion, please see the details of our respective outlets here before coming down to pick up the item.

 

Local Delivery To West And East Malaysia

West and East Malaysia orders are mailed using Tracked Packages.

Shipping will be free for West Malaysia and East Malaysia with a minimum spending of RM289.

All orders will be arranged for a courier pick up within 2-3 business days of receiving payment unless there is an issue with your order. You will be notified as soon as possible.

A parcel tracking number will be sent to your email once the shipment is created. Allow 2-5 days for the designated courier company to deliver your order.

 

Express Delivery To Singapore

Orders purchased from Singapore are sent via Teleport which will take 1 to 2 working days after the parcel is picked up.

Shipping will be free with a minimum spending of RM340.

All orders will be arranged for a courier pick up within 2-3 business days of receiving payment unless there is an issue with your order. You will be notified as soon as possible.

A parcel tracking number will be sent to your email once the shipment is created.

 

Express Delivery To Bangkok

Orders purchased from Bangkok are sent via Teleport which will take 2 to 3 working days after the parcel is picked up.

Shipping will be free with a minimum spending of RM340.

All orders will be arranged for a courier pick up within 2-3 business days of receiving payment unless there is an issue with your order. You will be notified as soon as possible.

A parcel tracking number will be sent to your email once the shipment is created.

 

International Delivery

Orders purchased outside of Singapore and Malaysia will be quoted a shipping deposit of RM50.

Actual cost of shipping will be checked and any difference in price will be refunded or requested.
