Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to love the products you receive just as much as we love creating them. However, if for any reason your order doesn't work out as planned, we have a 10-day return window to file a return.
10-day Return
We have a 10-day return window for products on our site. The return window begins once your package has been fulfilled.
In the rare event that you've received an incorrect product, are missing a product from your order, or a product is damaged in any way, please email us on support@thestrengthyard.com
Return standards & conditions
Take note, we accept exchanges and refunds for Malaysia and Singapore only (if the order fulfills all stated criteria.)
- Exchanges can only be requested for the same product in different sizes.
- Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.
- Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial.
- Items covered in glitter, powder, skin cells, or other matter are subject to denial.
- Items with piling may be subject to denial.
- Items with strong odors or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, scented sprays, body odor, etc., will not be accepted.
- Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.
- Items must be new with no blemish, defect or parts missing and unused (may be tried on for sizing, but not used for a workout)
- Item must be in its original packaging with any tags intact.
- Refunds and exchanges are not applicable for discounted order.
- Only one exchange is allowed per order.
The customer will be responsible for the postage of and the safe return of the goods. An additional postage and packaging charge for the exchange item, at the relevant rate, may apply.
The customer will bear all postage and packaging charges (including taxes) for the safe return of the goods and sending of the exchanged item.
We are not responsible for items that are lost in the post, so we recommend you use a postal tracking service or a service that insures you for the value of the package.
Orders cancelled after dispatch of the goods will be refunded only once the items are returned to us, and may be subject to a deduction for postage, packaging costs and payment gateway fees.
Ensure that arrangements have been made in advance with our staff.
